摘要 从世界职教发展历程、中国职教发展过程和各国兴衰与职教的关系论证"职教兴国"的必然性;从我国职教面临前所未有的五大机遇论证我国职教发展的可能性;并在此基础上,从宏观层面提出我国实施"职教兴国"战略的紧迫性;以及推行职业教育短学制、构建"一主三导"职业教育模式的可行性。 Starting with the development history of world vocational education, the development process of China's vocational education, and the relationship between a country's rejuvenation and vocational education, this paper illustrates the necessity of rejuvenating a country by developing vocational education. Then it proves the possibilities of developing vocational education with the five opportunities China's vocational education faces. Based on these points, this paper puts forward the urgency of carrying out the poh'cy of rejuvenating our country with the development of vocational education, shortening the period of schooling, and the possibility of setting up the vocational mode of 'one leading and three guidings'.
