摘要
镇江市新时期发展迫切需要高职人才。镇江高职教育人才培养类型应着重考虑:以第三产业为主的多元性人才、以鲜明的职业性为特征的人才、就业面向基层的人才。
Higher vocational talents are in great shortage in the development of Zhenjiang in the new era. Therefore, the mode of talent cultivation of higher vocational education in Zhenjiang should center on pluralistic talents for the tertiary industry. Such talents are characterized by striking professionalization and mainly serve local units.
