朱文带着强烈的反叛欲望走上文坛。朱文以"性"作为其小说叙事的出发点与轴心,旨在对性禁忌进行尖锐的挑战、对我们现行伦理道德进行挑战。作为"断裂"者,朱文寻求自由的愿望是强烈的,但同时我们也不能不看到其无力逃出现实文化挤压的心灵实质。朱文小说中的主人公几乎都是在城市或城市之间四处游走的边缘人形象。

Zhu Wen enters the literary world with strong rebellious spirit. He chooses 'sex' as the center and starting point of his novel in order to challenge the taboos of sex and our current ethic and moral. As a rebel, Zhu Wen's desire of seeking freedom is strong. But we have to see the fact that he can not escape from the extrusion of the culture. The characters in Zhu Wen's novels are almost those who live on the edge of society and wander between the cities.
