摘要
班杜拉社会学习理论是心理学理论体系中的重要理论,其理论涉及观察学习、自我调节、自我效能、三元决定论等重要概念;一方面强调环境对学生成长的重要性,另一方面强调学生的自我调节等内在因素在成长过程中的作用。这些观点的提出为教育实践提供了指导,尤其是对德育工作具有一定的指导意义。
Bandura's social learning theory is one of the important ones in the theoretical system of psychology. It concerns some important concepts such as observational learning, self-regulation, self-efficacy, tri - determinism and so on. On the one hand, it emphasizes the significance of environment for the development of students; on the other hand, it emphasizes the function of the intrinsic factors such as self- regulation on the process of their development. These perspectives provide the directions for the educational practice, especially for moral education.
