有研究表明,人生的成就,至多只有20％归于智商,而80％则受其他因素如情商的影响。秘书职业对情商有较高的要求,在实际教学中应重视对文秘专业学生情商的培养。

Studies show that at most 20 per cent of a person's achievements are attributed to his IQ, while 80 per cent of those to his EQ. The profession of a secretary has a high demand for EQ, so emphasis should be laid on the EQ cultivation of Chinese secretarial students.
