摘要
文章从运用系统论的观点对英语教学环境进行了概定,并在环境概念中提出WEB教学系统的设计。文章详细地提出了WEB平台的搭建实施,并提出教学中应注意的六大原则和六大要点。
The article classifies the English teaching environment from the systematic point and puts forward the design of the Web-based teaching system in details. Finally, the article also points out the six principles and six main points in the English teaching.
