摘要
对苦楝籽油的理化性质和脂肪酸组成进行了分析。将样品进行甲酯化处理后 ,用GC -MS方法分析鉴定出各种脂肪酸成分及其相对含量。结果表明 ,苦楝籽油的主要脂肪酸为棕榈酸7 17%、硬脂酸 4 .16 %、油酸 2 5 .72 %、亚油酸 6 2 .4 7%、花生酸 0 .2 4 %、花生一烯酸 0 .2 3%。
The physicochemical properties and chemical components of fatty acid in Melia azedarach L.seed oil were analyzed by GC-MS after the preparation of the methyl esters of fatty acids. All the composition have been identified. The main fatty acid are palmitic acid 7.17%, stearic acid 4.16%, oleic acid 25.72%, linoleic acid 62.47%, arachidic acid 0.24%, eicosenoic acid 0.23%.
