摘要 讲述了网络向着服务方向发展的趋势 ,提出SLA协议引入的必然性。介绍了SLA的发展、特点、角色和层次 ;SLA协议和SLS ,以及服务和SLS的关系 ;SLA管理的各个方面的挑战。 Discussing the tendency of network development to service, this paper puts forward the inevitability of the introduction of Service Level Agreement (SLA). It introduces the development, characteristics, roles and levels of SLA, the relationship between SLA agreement and SLS, between service and SLS, and the challenges facing SLA management. Finally, it presents some problems to be solved in the future.
