Discussing the tendency of network development to service, this paper puts forward the inevitability of the introduction of Service Level Agreement (SLA). It introduces the development, characteristics, roles and levels of SLA, the relationship between SLA agreement and SLS, between service and SLS, and the challenges facing SLA management. Finally, it presents some problems to be solved in the future.
