软交换是电信网向以IP为核心的分组化方向发展这一特定背景下提出的网络体系结构 ,针对IPv4地址资源短缺情况下实现业务网络间互通存在的问题 。

Soft-switch is a network architecture which is presented under the special backgrounds when telenet develops toward grouping direction using IP as center. This paper puts forward a solution scheme which applies soft-switch technology to control net address transition gateway, aiming at problems existing in realizing intercommunication among different operation networks when Ipv4 address resources are in shortage.
