摘要
在研究我国老年人才资源的特点基础上 ,论述了我国老年人才资源的意义和困难 。
On the basis of the analysis on the characteristics of the intellectual resources of the aged in China, this paper discusses the significance of and difficulty in developing the intellectual resources of the aged in China, and puts forward corresponding developing train of thoughts and countermeasures
