摘要
对于从青春期过渡到成年期的青年 ,工作经历可能影响其人格发展 ,改变与工作经历相关的那些人格特征 ;反之 ,某些特定的人格特征也可能预示青年的工作经历 ,他们在择业时会选择与其人格特征相应的工作。对于工作经历和人格发展之间的具体关系国内尚无深入的量化的研究 ,针对这一问题介绍了一些国外研究的情况 。
As for the youth moving from adolescence to adulthood, work experience may influence their character development, and change the character features related to the work experience, whereas some specific character features can indicate the youth's work experience and they will choose the jobs corresponding to their character features when choosing jobs.As to the relationship between work experience and character development, there is no in-depth quantified study in China.Therefore, this paper introduces some situations of overseas researches hoping to give some inspirations to domestic study in this field.
