赤水河中下游景区景点集中、面积大 ,文化底蕴深厚 ,知名度高 ,观赏游憩价值大 ,生态旅游发展潜力大 ,但该区经济发展滞后 ,景区硬件设施差 ,旅游可进入性差 ,应加大旅游开发力度 ,多渠道融资 ,与川、渝联手开发 ,使赤水河中下游旅游“金三角”成为全国。
