款 ,为侗语记汉字 ,侗语叫kuan ,按侗语的含义一是指交谈或座谈 ,二是指村寨自治订立的约法。在侗族社会中有许多关于款的传说 ,有许多款的遗迹 ,有的“款文化”则依然在当地社会中存在或发生作用 ,有的则已消失或淡化甚至边缘化。
