高等教育发展的新模式——独立学院

Independent College——New Mode of Development of Higher Education

五年前 ,我国的高等教育为加快发展 ,国家教育部在部分高校推出了一种新的办学模式 ,即利用普通高校的名牌效应、管理经验和师资力量 ,同时引进民间资金和资源 ,试办相对独立的二级学院 (现称独立学院 ) ,经过五年时间的发展 。

Five years ago, to speed up the development of higher education, State Education Ministry put forward a new mode of running school——making use of famous brand effect, managing experience, teaching facilities, drawing local funds and resources to run independent college. After five years’development, this new-born college has made greater achievements.
