Financial Constraint Effects and Solution of Bad Debts in China's FinancialSystem

分析我国银行不良资产的现状,经实证研究得出:由于银行存在巨额不良资产,产生了提高银行贷款利率、扩大存贷利差、转嫁银行损失、冲击货币政策、影响我国金融业对外开放等方面的金融抑制效应;可以通过发放国企与非国企合作投资项目贷款的方式来降低银行不良资产增量。

After empirical analysis our country's bad debt situation, result is observed: due to the fact of the existence of a large amount of bad debts, the following financial constraint effects are obvious: increasing banks' lending interest rate, expanding the difference of lending rate, transferring banks' losses, having a great impact on monetary policy, influencing the openness of our country's financial system. Issuance of project investment lending fund to firms cooperate between government owned and non—government owned companies can be used to reduce the increasing amount of bad debts.
