摘要
以 3 三甲基甲硅烷基 2 ,2 ,3,3 四氘代丙酸钠 (TSP)为内标物 ,利用核磁氢谱法测定葡萄酒中的乙醇。用核磁氢谱法测得的葡萄酒国际比对样品中乙醇的含量为 (81.11± 0 .2 1)mg/g ,与气相色谱法对葡萄酒中乙醇的定值结果一致。
The measurement of ethanol in wine by()^(1)H-NMR spectroscopy by using the internal standard Na salt of 3-trimethylsilyl-2,2,3,3-tetradeutero propionic acid (TSP) was introduced. The experiment results measured with()~1H-NMR spectroscopy show that the content of ethanol in wine, the sample of international key comparison is (81.11± 0.21)mg/g, which is in accordance with that measured with gas chromatography with flame ionisation detector.
