摘要
在pH10 0的NH3·H2O-NH4Cl缓冲介质中,Ca2+与三溴偶氮胂形成1∶2蓝色络合物,最大吸收波长位于610nm处,表观摩尔吸光系数ε610nm=7 16×104,在25mL溶液中钙量在0~25μg范围内遵守比尔定律。本法用于水样及化学试剂中钙测定,结果满意。方法简单,快速,结果准确。
In NH_3·H_2O-NH_4Cl buffer medium at pH 10.0,calcium(Ⅱ) can form a blue complex with the composition of 1∶2(M∶R) with tribromoarsenazo.The maximum absorption wavelengh locates at 610 nm.The apparent molar absorptivity is ε_(610 nm)=7.16×10~4 (L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1).)Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0-25 μg/25 mL for calcium.The method has been applied to the determination of calcium in rain water and sodium sulfate with satisfactory results.The present method is simple,rapid and accurate.
