摘要
通过对人类基因组、蛋白质组、生物信息学、人体组织工程与干细胞研究、生物芯片技术及其应用等几个前沿领域进行文献追踪 ,总结了研究现状并分析了发展趋势。在此基础上 ,从科研管理的角度对当前生物医学发展的特征进行了归纳和提炼 。
This dissertation analyses the corresponding literatures of the 5 selected frontiers human genomics; proteomics; bioinformatics; human issue engineering and stem-cell researching; microarrays and their applications have been pursued; the researching status have been concluded and the developing trends On the basis of the results of these analyses, this paper has summed up the properties of the current development of the biomedicine from the point of view of scientific research management It has provided some theoretic references that may accelerate the management renovation in the fields of the military medical science research
