摘要
论述了地方高等师范院校存在着轻视应用性开发研究、存在科研管理体制不健全、科研经费投入少等问题 ,致使其科技工作相对落后。要改变这种情况 ,学校应加强对科技队伍建设的领导 ,正确处理科研成果数量与质量的关系 ,树立精品意识 ;
This paper analyses some problems in local nomal universities such as looking down upon the applied developing research and investing little cupital, which canses its scientific and technological recearch falling behind. To chage this situation, the universities should strenghthen the instruction of the group; correct to deal with the quantity and quality of the scientific findings; establish up-market consciousness; and offer some good service to the teachers.
