摘要
本文从考察大学精神内涵的体现与校园制度文化的相互关系着手,分析了制度文化对于大学精神的保障、体现、提炼和弘扬的作用,并提出了发展大学精神的制度策略。
Based on the relationship between campus institutional culture and the manifestation of college spirit essence, the article analyses the role of institutional culture in the guarantee, presentation, refinement and promotion for college spirit, and propose some institutional strategies in developing college spirit.
