禄丰老长箐恐龙化石的XRD和RS分析 被引量:11

Analysis of Dinosaur Fossils and Fossil Formed from Laochangqing Valley Lufeng County by XRD and RS

摘要 运用X射线衍射(XRD)、激光显微拉曼光谱(RS)和光学偏光显微镜等检测方法,研究分析了云南省禄丰县老长箐地区的5个早、中侏罗纪时期的恐龙化石样品。实验发现,恐龙化石的成分,除方解石和石英晶体之外,还有第3种主要成分氟磷酸盐[有氟磷酸钙(Ca5F(PO4)3)和碳羟氟磷酸钙(Ca10(PO4)5CO3F1.5(OH)0.5)],磷酸盐(PO-34)的激光RS主峰在966.5cm-1处,且Ca5F(PO4)3只存在于化石内部。分析结果还表明,禄丰老长菁地区在早、中侏罗纪时期,均为内陆盆地湖泊。 Five dinosaur fossil specimens of the early and middle Jurassic ages from Laochangqing Valley, Lufeng County in Southwest China are studied with X-ray Diffractometry (XRD), Raman micro-spectroscopy (RS) and polarization microscopy. We show that, besides CaCO3 and SiO2, there also exists phosphate in the forms of Ca5F(PO4)3 and Ca10(PO4)5 CO3F1.5 (OH)0.5 in these dinosaur fossils. The RS of phosphate show the presence of a band at 966.5 cm-2, and that phosphate only existed inside the dinosaur fossils, not on the surface. The experiments also demonstrat that the content of Calcium Fluoride phosphate [Ca5F (PQ4)3] has not direct relationship with the burial time of the fossils. The experimental evidence suggests that the content of Ca5F(PO4)3 may be decided by environmental conditions at the time the fossils formed. Data analysis reveals that the ecological environment consisted inland lakes and basins in the Laochangqing Valley in early and middle Jurassic ages.
