摘要
在层状液晶中原位合成出粒径约为 10nmPbS纳米微粒 ,用高速环 块磨损试验机考察了PbS纳米微粒在层状液晶中的润滑性能 ,并用X射线光电子能谱对其摩擦化学作用机理进行了研究。研究结果表明 ,PbS纳米微粒能提高TritonX 10 0 /C10 H2 1OH/H2 O体系层状液晶的润滑性能 ,其在摩擦过程中 ,发生了摩擦化学反应 ,在摩擦表面生成了化学反应膜。
The PbS nanoparticles about 10 nm were synthesized in lamllar liquid crystal(LLC).The friction and wear behaviors were studied of PbS nanoparticles as an additive in the lamllar liquid crystal.The results show that the PbS nanoparticles in lamllar liquid crystal has high loadcarrying capacity and good antiwearproperties.The XPS analysis of the worn surfaces indicates that tribochemically reation film is generated during the friction process.This contributes to improve the tribological properties of the additives in lamllar liquid crystal.
