摘要
以纳米TiO2 作为填料 ,制备耐磨蚀聚氨酯纳米复合材料。用相对抗磨损性法评价了聚氨酯纳米复合材料的冲蚀磨损性 ,通过扫描电镜观察聚氨酯纳米复合材料的磨损形貌 ,尝试解释纳米TiO2 增强聚氨酯复合材料抗含沙冲蚀磨损性能的机理。试验结果表明 ,纳米粒子均匀分散于聚氨酯中 ,使聚氨酯弹性体耐磨蚀性得以提高。聚氨酯 /TiO2 纳米复合材料的抗冲蚀磨损性能分别是 4 5 # 钢的 10 6 7倍 ,2Cr13钢的 6倍 ,纯聚氨酯的 1 2 8倍 ,TiN/聚氨酯复合材料的 1 0 9倍。
Nanocomposite were prepared by nanometer TiO2 and polyurethane. Erosion wear resistance of polyurethane nanocomposite was valued with relative erosion wear rates. The wear mechanisms of composites were discussed through examining and analyzing the worn surfaces with a scanning electron microscope. The results show that erosion wear resistance of polyurethane is increased with the dispersion of nanometer TiO2, erosion wear resistance of Polyurethane/TiO2 nanocomposite is 6 times of 2Cr13 stainless steel, 10.67 times of 45# steel, 1.28 times of polyurethane and 1.09 times of TiN/polyurethane composite.
