摘要 针对某大型船厂空气压缩机故障诊断的要求 ,提出了一种基于Fuzzy理论的故障诊断模型。该模型可以根据压缩机运行记录参数和现象进行有效的故障监测和诊断 ,并易于实现智能诊断。实际应用证明 ,结合油液监测和振动监测等方法 ,空气压缩机的故障诊断准确率和实时性得到大大提高。本文的监测思想和方法对其它设备的状态监测和诊断也具有重要的参考意义。 A fault diagnosis model based on fuzzy theory was built in order to monitor large air compressor's condition and diagnose its faults in higher efficiency and better veracity. Typical fault and its phenomenon of air compressor were classed. In actual application, associated with the model, run-time parameters and phenomena, and oil and vibration monitoring method, the efficiency, veracity and real-time ability of monitoring and diagnosis system was improved. The idea and the method proposed are also significant references for condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of other machines.
