摘要 目的优选薄膜-超声法制备黄芩苷固体脂质纳米粒的工艺。方法以包封率为指标,考察各影响因素如黄芩苷用量,硬脂酸和卵磷脂的用量及吐温80用量对包封率的影响,并通过正交实验设计优化处方及制备工艺。结果最佳工艺为黄芩苷20mg,硬脂酸90mg,卵磷脂90mg,吐温-80(2.5%)10ml,所得黄芩苷固体脂质纳米粒粒径分布均匀,平均粒径为289.3nm,包封率达66.8%。结论确定的处方较好,工艺可行。 Objective: To optimize technique of preparing baicalin solid lipid nanoparticles (BC-SLN) by film-ultrasonic wave dissolving techniques. Methods: The influence of various factors, including the dosage of baicalin, stearic acid, lecithin and tween 80 on the entrapment efficiency were investigated. And the optimum formula was selected through orthogonal design test. Results: 20 mg baicalin, 90 mg stearic acid, 90 mg lecithin and 10 ml tween-80 (2.5%) for the technique. The products had good size distributions. The mean particle size diameter was 289.3 nm, and the average entrapment efficiency was 67.17%. Conclusion: The technique of preparing BC-SLN by film-ultrasonic wave dissolving technique is feasible.
