Due to the particular identity of foreigners, when dealing with their criminal responsibilities, we will have to face the political, economic and diplomatic relations between the two countries involved. Therefore every government has made some special stipulations on investigating foreigners' criminal responsibilities. By collecting and sorting out some relative laws and regulations, the author mainly introduces some special stipulations in China that should be followed when applying coercive measures on foreigners.
