摘要
用微波合成法制备了含钛钨混合金属氧化物的固载多酸催化剂HPA/TiO2-WO3,用IR,TEM等对催化剂进行了表征。新催化剂在顺丁烯二酸二丁酯的合成反应中显示很好的活性和温和的反应条件。当顺丁烯二酸0 1mol,正丁醇0 3mol,催化剂0 7g(占总反应物料的2%),反应温度100~110℃,反应时间45min时,顺丁烯二酸二丁酯的产率可达97 6%。
A new solid acid based on heteropolyacid has been proved to be a useful catalyst for the synthesis of dibutyl maleate. The new catalyst HPAS/TiO_2-WO_3 is based on heteropolyacid supported on mixed metal oxides by microwave. The catalyst is characterized with IR, TEM. Experimental data show that the catalyst is very active in the synthetic reaction of dibutyl maleate even at mild temperature.When maleic acid is 0.1 mol, n-butanol is 0.3mol, HPAS/TiO_2-WO_3 is 0.7g,reaction temperature is 100-110℃,reaction time is 45 min, the yield of dibutyl maleate is 97.6%.
