摘要
由于控制和采样过程的实时性,在计算机上模拟显示气门镦粗动作,对控制系统的硬件和软件都有很高的要求。本文在通用的模拟显示方案的基础上,提出一种软件控制算法,进行时分控制,对实时系统中的镦粗动作模拟显示程序进行了优化。优化后的程序通过在实际生产的智能气门电镦机上运行,证明是可行、可靠的。
Based on the general display method,a control algorithm of software has been presented,which is time-sharing,and the display program of motion simulation in the real-time system has been optimized.The optimized program has run in an intelligent Valve electronic upsetting machine,and has been proved feasible and reliable.
