摘要
介绍了以CAXA电子图板为输出平台,利用Vlisual C++6.0编程语言对CAXA电子图板进行二次开发所建立的铜合金轴承实体保持架挤压CAPP系统。用户只需通过人机交互方式输入实体保持架的尺寸信息,即可由系统自动进行挤压工艺设计,并自动输出挤压件图及工艺卡片,大幅度提高了工艺设计的效率和准确性。
The extrusion CAPP system for Copper Alloy Solid Bearing Cages on CAXA Electronic Board has been introduced. The implementation method has been redevelopment of CAXA Electronic Board with Visual C++ 6.0. Users are only required to input the dimension information of the bearing cages through human-computer interface mode, and the system can automatically finish design of extrusion technology, also automatically output extrusion part drawings and process cards, then the efficiency and veracity of technology design has greatly increased.
