饭店顾客服务质量期望研究 被引量:3

摘要 饭店顾客的服务质量期望是在饭店形象、顾客的消费经验、需要、角色意识等多种因素综合作用下形成的,并具有明显的层次性。同时,服务质量期望又是决定饭店顾客感知服务质量和满意度的主导因素之一,因此,饭店要有效地满足顾客的需要,实现其服务质量期望,提高顾客的满意度,应当通过市场研究,客观承诺和内外沟通等有效措施来了解和调节顾客的服务质量期望。
