提高本科教学质量是沈阳体育学院改革发展的战略举措。认为质量是高校的立校之本,必须树立科学的质量观,强化教学质量管理体系。提出优化教学资源及其配置、完善办学条件,建立科学的内部管理体制,加强学风和师资队伍建设,进行课程改革等若干举措,旨在为沈阳体育学院跨越式发展提供有益的启示,以进一步提高学院的核心竞争力。

Improving the teaching quality of undergraduate course is the strategic measures of form and development of Shenyang Institute of Physical Education.The authors consider the quality is the based foundation of colleges and universities and we must establish the scientific quality view and strengthen the administration system of teaching quality.Moreover,They put forward some measures,including optimizing the teaching resources and its disposition,perfecting the condition of running school,establishing the scientufic and inner mangagement system,strengthening the construction of study style and teachers resource and forming the curriculums and so on,in order to provide helpful revelations of development for Shenyang Institute of Physical Education and improving the key ability of competition further.
