摘要
截至1990年底,我国共有3520种有国内统一刊号的正式科技期刊.各地出版的科技期刊种数差异很大,分布不平衡.全国平均每百万人有科技期刊2.87种,每万名科技人员有科技期刊3.25种.由于科技期刊数量少,科技人员发表论文难,人均发表1篇论文需时49.4年.最后对科技期刊的需求数作了估算,并提出一些对策.
Up to the end of 1990, there had been 3520 kinds of scientech journals with unified serial number in our
country. The number of the journals published in various provinces is quite different and its distribution is
not balanced. In average every million of people possess 2.87 journals in China and every ten thousands of
scientists and technicians possess 3.25. Owing to the lack of the journals, it is very difficult for these person-
nel to publish their articles, and it must take 49 years in average for one to publish a paper. How many jour-
nals will meet the requirement, for this, the author made a rough estimation.
