Research Of the State-owned Commercial Bank's External Environmental Reform

随着改革开放的深化,商业银行公司治理结构这两年逐渐成为理论探讨的一个焦点。商业银行治理只能在一定环境下进行,银行公司治理结构的建立与完善,不能不重视推动银行外部环境改革。

With the further reforming and opening, the governance of commercial bank becomes a focus these years. Commercial bank's governance functions only in certain environment. Without the improvement of external environments, the building of bank's governance structure is out of the question. The thesis aims at discussing some questions of external system reform.
