摘要
利用远红外干燥试验箱对杭州白蘑菇进行了单层干燥试验,综合考虑干燥速度及电耗,得出较佳的干燥过程参数(箱温 60℃,照距14 cm,箱内对流风速自然对流)及较佳的物料参数(料厚1~3mm,装载量4.5kg/m^3);并与热风对流干燥作了比较.最后分析了远红外干燥机理及其质热交换过程。
The thin-layer drying tests on white mushroom were made by the far-infrared drying test box. Accord-
ing to the drying rate and power consumption, the better drying box temperature was 60℃, radiating dis-
tance 14cm, thickness of material 1~3mm, and loading coefficient 4.5kg/m^2. The influence of plates for re-
ducing radiation on heat density and their thin drying equations were discussed.
