随着我国加入WTO，我国林业利用外资将进入一个新的阶段，迎来了前所未有的发展机遇和挑战，林业利用外资和其他行业利用外资一样，既要考虑我国林业利用外资所处的国际国内新环境，更要立足于我国林业发展的实际情况。文章着重论述了新世纪中国林业利用外资战略目标及其实现条件。

With joining in WTO,foreign capital utilization in China's forestry is on new developing phase.The challenge and opportunity exists together.We think not only national and international economy situation but also ac-tual development of foreign utilization in china's forestry as well as other industry's.This article mainly discusses strat-egy aim and realized condition of foreign capital utilization in forestry.
