摘要
研究了铁氰化钾-过氧化氢氧化鲁米诺化学发光行为,依据铜对该化学发光反应的抑制作用,建立了微量钢的化学发光测定法,该法要出限为2.5×10^(-10)g/ml,线性范围为1.0×10^(-9)~1.0×10^(-5)mg/L.此方法已成功地用于实际水样中微量铜的测定.
The Chemiluminescent reaction of luminol with potassium ferricyanide in the presence of hydrogen per-
oxide has been examined. The kinetic process agreed with the index attenuation formula I(t)=45exp[-0.053
(t-t_(max))](t≥t_(max))and the constant of attenuation speed was 0.053 sec^(-1). Based on the chemiluminescent re-
action, a new method for the determination of trace copper has been developed by the inhibition of copper.
The determination limit for Cu (Ⅱ) is 2.5×10^(-10)g/ml and the linear range is from 1.0×10^(-9)g/ml to
1.0×10^(-5)g/ml. The method has been applied to detect trace copper in water sample.
