摘要
文章分析了在复杂的市场环境下,新技术项目投资实施过程中的基本特征,探讨了基于贴现原理的传统项目评价方法的局限,研究了基于实物期权思想对新技术项目进行评价的基本思路与框架。
This paper analyses the basic characteristics of the process of new technology project investment under complicated circumstances, and points out the limitation of the traditional project assessment method based on the principle of discount. Furthermore, the basic framework of new technology project assessment is studied according to the real options principle.
