儿童牙科畏惧症的原因分析及护理干预

目的探讨儿童产生牙科畏惧症的原因。方法采用自行设计的问卷,调查500例儿童在牙病诊治过程中产生畏惧的原因。结果3岁以下儿童牙科畏惧症发生率明显高于3岁以上儿童;父母治疗态度不坚决时,子女较难完成牙科治疗;有过牙科治疗经历的儿童,易发生牙科畏惧症。结论针对儿童的不同年龄期和就诊表现,采用不同的教育诱导方法;加强与儿童及其父母的有效沟通;创造愉快的牙科诊疗经历;提高儿童牙科接诊技巧,能够减少儿童对牙科的畏惧。

Objective To investigate the reasons for dental fear in children. Method Self-made questionnaire was used to investigate the reasons for dental fear in 500 children during dental treatment. Results The occurrence rate of dental fear in children under 3 years was significantly lower than that in children over 3 years. If the parents hesitated, it was difficult for their children to complete dental therapy. The children who had experienced dental therapy were prone to dental fear. Conclusions It is necessary to use proper methods to reduce children's dental fear according to their age and behavior in the clinic. Effective communication with the children and their parents, pleasant experience in dental clinic and good reception skills can alleviate the dental fear in children.
