一对一护理导师制在新毕业护士培训中的应用

摘要 目的探讨一对一护理导师制在新毕业护士培训中的应用。方法确立一对一护理导师培训制度;制订培训计划、管理制度和考核方法。结果经培训后100%的新护士通过专业注册资格考试;培训计划的完成率100%;66.7%的护理导师和91.7%新毕业护士对培训效果给予肯定。结论一对一的护理导师制能使新毕业护士尽快转变角色;能提高护理导师的业务水平和工作能力;而完善一对一护理导师制是保证培训效果的前提。 Objective To investigate the application of the one-to-one nursing tutorial system to the standardized training for newly graduated nurses. Method The one-to-one nursing tutorial system, including training plan, management and examination measures, was established. Result All the new nurses completed the training plan and passed the professional registration and qualification examination after training. 66.7% of nursing tutors and 91.7% of new nurses approved the effect of the training. Conclusions The one-to-one nursing tutorial system played an important role in the standardized training of the new nurses. It fulfilled the idea of humanism and achieved significant human-oriented training.
