摘要
以石油混合物GD为原料,通过化学改性制得GS原料,其初熔温度为95℃、针入度为18 mm。在此基础上,GS原料与无机原料MD混配,制得了用于提高硅酸盐复合材料固结体渗透性的增渗剂ZSJ。在硅酸盐复合材料中加入增渗剂ZSJ,可使其固结体的渗透率在0.09-1.50 μm2内调节,固结体抗压强度保持在5-7 MPa,ZSJ是一种应用于硅酸盐复合材料中的新型防砂增渗剂。
The GS material was prepared by chemical modification with petroleum mixture GD as material.Its original melting temperature was 95℃ and its needle penetration was 18 mm.The permeability-increasing agent ZSJ of silicate complex material was prepared by compounding GS material and inorganic substance MD. The permeability of consolidated material of silicate complex material was 0.09-1.50 μm2 , its compression strength was kept in 5 -7 MPa. It was a new type of permeability - increasing agent of silicate complex material for sand control.
