介绍了一种以 AT91RM92 0 0为核心的实时视频压缩和传输系统 ,详细讨论了其结构与软、硬件实现。该系统成本较低、使用灵活 ,可方便的嵌入到需要视频监控的监测系统中。
This paper introduces a kind of real time video compressing and transmission system with the core of AT91RM9200, it discussed the hardware and software realization. The system can be embed in the inspective system easily,especially improve the flexibility and lower the cost.
