摘要 该文综述肌醇的理化性质、生产方法及其在食品、医药、饲料等工业中应用,并指出利用微生物法生产肌醇已成为肌醇生产发展新趋势;同时,还对肌醇开发应用前景进行展望。 Articulated physical and chemical properties of inositol, methods on producing inositol, and application in food, medicine and feed industry of inositol. Indicated fermentation way had been a new trend in inositol production. And, prospected its application on exploring inositol.
