摘要 以D4020大孔吸附树脂为吸附剂,对油茶皂苷进行分离纯化。考察洗脱剂浓度、洗脱流速及碱液浓度对其纯化效果影响,结果研究表明:用0.2%碱液,20%、60%乙醇梯度洗脱后,油茶皂苷纯化倍数达到2.04,收率为为75%;经紫外扫描、HPLC分析比较,纯化后皂苷达到较好分离效果。 The D4020 macroporous adsorbent resins was selected to separate and purify total camellia saponin from seeds of camellia oleifera. The effect of concentration of eluting reagent and eluting rate were studied in the paper. The content of camellia saponin unpurified was 2.05 times lower than the one purified by D4020 macroporous adsorbent at the following technological condition:0.2% NaOH, 20% and 60% ethanol as eluting reagent, eluting velocity 1BV/h. After UV scanning and HPLC analyzying, the results also showed that D4020 macroporous adsobent resin could well sepa- rate camellia saponin under the conditions listed above, with a total camellia saponin recovery rate of over 75%.
