Study on the Extraction of Red Pigment from Redstring Scarlet Sage and its Stability

研究了一串红色素的提取原理和方法,并对该色素的稳定性进行了验证。结果表明:该色素在酸性条件下对热、光均具有良好的稳定性,具有开发应用价值。

Principles and methods on the extraction of red pigment from Redstring Scarlet Sage were studied and the stability of pigment was checked.The experiment showed this pigment was very stable to heat and light in the presence of acid.It has great value of development and application.
