摘要 研究了以磁性纳米固体超强酸SO42 -/TiO2 为催化剂 ,以没食子酸与正丙醇为原料合成没食子酸酯的反应。探讨了醇酸比、催化剂用量、催化剂焙烧温度以及反应时间、反应温度对酯产率的影响。结果表明最适宜的反应条件是 :正丙醇、酸、催化剂的物质的量比 :0 .934/ 0 .0 82 5 / 0 .0 0 5 2 4 ,反应温度为 12 0℃ ,反应时间 2 .5h ,产率为 84 .3%。 This paper studied the synthesis of gallic acid ester using magnetic nanograde SO 4 2- /TiO 2 solid super acid as catalyst with gallic acid and n-propyl alcohol as materials.The influence factors,such as the ratio of n-propyl alcohol and gallic acid,the dosage of catalyst,the temperature of baking catalyst,and the reaction time were also studied.The result showed the optimum reaction conditions were as follows:the mole ratio of n-propyl alcohol and gallic acid and catalyst was 0.934∶0.082 5∶0.005 24,the reaction temperature was 120℃,reaction time was 2.5 h and the yield of gallic acid ester was up to 84.3%.
