Study on Preparation of Dimethyl-2,3- O -isopropylidene -D -tartrate

2 ,3-O -异丙叉 -D -酒石酸二甲酯是一种重要的手性试剂。本文以D -酒石酸和 2 ,2 -二甲氧基丙烷为原料 ,采用反应精馏技术进行制备 ,探讨了物料配比、共沸剂、回流比及反应时间对产率的影响 ,确定了最佳工艺条件 ,产品收率达到 82 %。

Dimethyl-2,3- O -isopropylidene- D -tartrate is an important chiral reagent.It was synthesized from D -tartrate and 2,2-dimethoxypropane by reaction-rectification technology.Factors on the yield such as raw material ratio,azeotropic entrainment reagent,reflux ratio and reaction time were discussed and the optimum technology conditions were defined.Product yield was 82%.
