NASICON材料溶胶-凝胶合成工艺条件优化及其对CO_2敏感器件性能的影响

摘要 分别采用硝酸(NSP)和草酸(OSP)为回溶剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法合成了NASICON固体电解质材料.利用XRD,FE SEM,EDAX测试分析,结果表明:在同样的烧结温度下,NSP过程制得的材料具有更高的相纯度和结晶度,而OSP过程则具有较低的烧结合成温度和较高的离子电导率.所制得的CO2敏感器件均呈现出良好的CO2敏感性能.且器件的响应灵敏度随烧结温度的升高而增大,但OSP器件的长期稳定性明显低于NSP器件. Solid electrolyte of NASICON was prepared by sol-gel process in which nitric-acid synthesis process(NSP)and oxalic-acid synthesis process(OSP)were employed respectively.The analysis of XRD,FE-SEM,EDAX indicated that high phase purity and crystallinity for the NSP process could be obtained,and low sintering temperature and high ion conductivity could be gotten for the OSP process.High sensing properties were shown for the prepared CO_2 sensor.The sensitivity was increased with the increasing of the sintering temperature.The measurement on the long-term stability indicated that the OSP sensor is obviously inferior to the NSP one.
