摘要
分析了密封环境气氛中水分的主要来源,给出其水分含量的计算公式和水分平衡方程.通过4种不同初始状态下密封容器内水分的计算和短期贮存试验研究,得到容器内相对湿度随时间变化的曲线,并对计算和试验结果进行了分析.研究结果表明:采取抽换气方式可有效降低密封环境内初始湿度,而采用放置适量分子筛干燥剂的方法,不仅具有明显的降湿效果,且能够在较长期间内有效控制密封环境气氛中的水分,从而实现较干燥、稳定的贮存环境.
The main source of moisture in the sealed environment is analyzed;the formula of moisture content and equation of equilibrium are given.By calculating the moisture content in the sealed container in four initial conditions and experimental study of the short-term storage,the changing curve of the relative humidity with time is gained,and the result of the calculation and experiment is analyzed.The findings show that the humidity of sealed environment can be reduced effective by air drawing and dry air exchanging;and by putting some molecular sieve desiccant,not only the humidity can be reduced obviously,but also the moisture in the sealed environment can be controlled in a comparative long time.The dry and steady storage environment then is realized.
