库仑法检测硅树脂材料中的水分

Moisture measurement in silicone by using Coulometry

运用库仑法及水分蒸发技术对3种不同状态硅树脂材料中的水分含量进行检测.结果表明:硅树脂硫化成型试样中w(H2O)≈0 4%,但长期存放于空气中将吸附少量水分,使w(H2O)≈0 6%.

The moisture measurement in three different states of the silicone by applying the Coulometry and the evaporating equipment of moisture were introduced.The experimental results indicated that the basic moisture in the sample of sulfuration silicone is about 0.4%,however,the sample may adsorb the exterior moisture if it is emerged in the air for a long time and the moisture content increases up to 0.6%.
