摘要
分别采用微乳液法和沉淀法制备CuO纳米材料,并对其气敏性进行研究,结果表明:微乳液法合成的CuO纳米材料对H2S的灵敏度和选择性较高.
Nano-CuO materials were prepared by microemulsion method and chemical precipitation respectively,and its gas sensing properties were studied.The results show that microemulsion method is better in sensitivity and selectivity of gas H_2S.
